This training event is for Texas public school district accounting personnel, school district administrators, and school board members who serve on finance and audit committees of the board. Attendees can earn up to 18 CPE hours. Covered topics include proactive PEIMS management, requirements for GASB 100, changes in recording liability in GASB 101, complying with TEA requirements, internal control, Single Audit updates and changes, procurement best practices, annual audits of public school districts, and current topics in these areas.
